Ivanpah Solar Power Facility (center) is a concentrated solar power generating facility in southeastern California, about 50 km southwest of Las Vegas. This image shows three solar collection systems consisting of parabolic mirrors surrounding centralized collection towers. The three towers collectively are the largest solar thermal system on Earth with an installed capacity of 392 MW.
