Queen Maude Gulf, Canada

The Queen Maude Gulf lies above the Arctic Circle, north of mainland Canada in the Province of Nunavut. South of this image is the expansive Queen Maude Gulf Bird Sanctuary, which is the largest federal protected area in Canada. Sea ice covers this image, though there is a set of small islands in the bottom-left that are brightly colored red.
