Dhofar Governorate, Oman

Dhofar Governorate is in the far southwest of Oman, along the Yemeni border. It is the largest Governorate in Oman by area, at about a third of the surface area of the nation. This image is located about 75 km from the coast of the Arabian Sea, northeast of Salalah.
